We take care of everything, from delivery and set-up to styling every detail, we handle it all! Once your fairytale night is over, we’ll return the following day to collect all items. We simply ask that all items provided as part of your set-up be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

We provide decorative pillows to style each tent, but for hygienic reasons we do not supply sleeping pillows.

TENT RENTALS WILL ONLY BE SET UP IN SMOKE-FREE, VAPE-FREE & PET-FREE ENVIRONMENTSTo ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable experience, we require a smoke-free, vape-free, and pet-free space that has been freshly swept or vacuumed before our arrival.Please have the room cleared of furniture in advance to allow us plenty of time and space to (create your magical) set-up. For everyone’s safety, we also ask that pets and young children remain out of the room while we work.

We will need access to a power source in order to inflate the air mattresses.

Please have the designated space cleared of furniture and thoroughly swept or vacuumed before our arrival. Set-up typically takes between 1–2 hours, depending on the number of teepee tents booked.

There is a $50 (non-refundable) deposit required along with signed Terms & Conditions in order to secure your event date.

Each teepee tent accommodates a twin-size air mattress that is approximately 75"×40"×65". We recommend measuring your available space before booking to ensure there is enough room for your desired number of tents and a comfortable set-up.

There is a standard delivery fee of $50 for each booking. Any locations over a 20-mile radius of Hampton Township, PA will incur an additional travel fee.

Our preferred method of payment is Venmo or PayPal. Exact cash will also be accepted at set-up.

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled set-up date to receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the $50 non-refundable deposit.If you need to reschedule your event, we require at least 7 days notice. Date changes are subject to availability and your original deposit will be applied to the new date.Increases to the number of tents must be requested at least 14 days before the scheduled set-up. Reductions in the amount of tents requested after 48 hours will be charged based upon the original reservation.
